Cooden Beach, East Sussex

Our clients demanded a stunning modern house to compliment its unrivalled beach location. The house was transformed by building a guest suite in the roof, en-suite bathrooms in all the bedrooms, new conservatory, 2 new balconies & new Kitchen. K-Rend was used to render the former tile hung & brick elevations giving the clients maintenance free finish. The new glazed roof hips to the pool house gave the property a striking look & blended beautifully with the new windows & doors.

The materials used were of the very highest quality including Spanish marble tiles, German Kitchen & Italian bathrooms.
