Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex

Traditionally built detached property constructed on a brownfield site in the village of Little Common, Bexhill-on-sea.

Built on the site of a former air raid shelter and fresh water well with a 400-year-old Oak Tree nearby this was a challenging project in the early stages of the construction. The house was built using modern materials but still in keeping with local properties and built on time and within budget.
