Built on the site of a former Victorian reservoir & filter beds in St Leonards-on-sea. Major ground and earth moving works were needed before building took place including breaking out the brick built storage tanks & beds removing from site before footings were excavated. The houses have all the very latest in modern luxury including under floor heating, oak kitchens, solid oak flooring, wet rooms, landscaped front and rear gardens. The turreted design in keeping with large Victorian villas in the area provides a stunning pair of bespoke quality homes.
