Modernisation and refurbishment of a large detached 1960’s house set in a strict conservation area of Royal Tunbridge Wells.

The clients wanted a contemporary house with an open plan living space and this was achieved in this stunning refurbishment. We assisted the clients in all the design stages to transform the house and yet still blend in with the surrounding conservation area.

An extension to the rear gave the clients a more spacious kitchen plus a new master bedroom suite. The rendered finish replaced the more traditional tile hung elevations giving a more modern look. The hung staircase and two story windows gave an impressive atmosphere to the entrance.
