Our History

Skinner & Reeves were formed just after the 2nd World War in Bexhill as building contractors, quickly establishing a reputation for quality and reliability. This earnt them many prestigous contracts, including The South East Regional Hospital Board and Brewers Charringtons. As the preferred contractor they carried out major works to the many hospitals and public houses in the East Sussex area. More recently it has built many properties including small develpments of up to 15 houses, industrial buildings such as a new car showroom and countless extensions and refurbishments. Since joining the business in 2002 David Thacker and Bradley Smith have set out to further strenthen and enhance both the reputation and presence in the area.
