The Federation of Master Builders
The FMB sets high standards that builders must meet in order to become members. Skinner & Reeves has earned membership of their highest standard - the FMB MasterBond. The FMB carries out ongoing checks to make sure we continue to meet their strenuous standards. This goes further than the quality of our work, for example we have to have public and employer liability insurance and pass independent financial and other checks. With an FMB MasterBond warranty you are automatically protected as our work is insured.
TrustMark
TrustMark vets businesses in the building industry to verify they meet or exceed their government endorsed standards. Skinner and Reeves is accredited to these standards via The Federation of Master Builders.
National House Builders Council
NHBC is the standard setting body and leading warranty and insurance provider for new and newly converted homes in the UK. All new builds completed by Skinner & Reeves are covered by NHBC's 'Buildmark' 10-year warranty and insurance policy.
