We are now warmer and the oil fired central heating is using noticeably less oil as it doesn’t have to work so hard to keep the temperatures up to the same level. The loft insulation has kept us warmer too and it was very noticeable in the recent cold weather that the snow remained unmelted on the rooftops. In 2006 we employed Skinner and Reeves to build a small extension and convert our garage into a living area. We were most impressed by the company completing the work within our tight deadline (Christmas!). About four years ago your building firm completed the conversion of an under house garage in our home White Gates into a kitchen and built onto the side a new dining room. I thought that you may be interested after this amount of time how the work had stood the test of time.

When the work was completed your last words when you left were that if we had any problems to let you know. I am pleased to say that not a single problem has arisen from your work and that we were completely satisfied with the job you did for us.

I can only add that Skinner and Reeves as a building firm and those men who actually did the work on their behalf could not be faulted and always set out to please myself and my wife as customers.

I recently had some building work carried out at the above premises due to the fact that my mother had become disabled.

The work was carried out by Skinner and Reeves, and I cannot find fault with their work at all.

They extended my garage making a utility room, a bedroom, and a disabled wet room. The builders who carried out the work were both hard working and friendly. The site management were also very helpful and any changes I required were put in place without question.

I highly recommend Skinner and Reeves and would gladly show any prospective clients of theirs the work they have done for me

I am writing to confirm that Skinner and Reeves have in recent years completed two successful building projects for me at my former flat in Bexhill-on-Sea.

The first was as a result of a tendering exercise under the direction of a local Charted Surveyor, which Skinner and Reeves won after stiff competition.

The second involved the extensive decoration of the flat which I asked them to undertake as a result of their success with the first project.

As I am a Member of The Magic Circle my best way of describing their work is simply magical!
